Calmify is a safe-space community for Gen-Z who want to slow down, connect, and breathe. We’re starting with retreats, mindful nature walks, and group-therapy-inspired circles, creating gentle moments of calm in the midst of a busy semester. Our focus is on building meaningful connections, emotional well-being, and Gen-Z–friendly ways to recharge, together. Alongside this, we’re developing the Calmify app — an AI-powered mental health companion that feels like talking to your best friend. With memory-based support, voice interaction, and emotional intelligence, Calmify will be there for you 24/7, complementing the community we’re growing offline. Whether it’s a mindful walk, a calming circle, or a late-night conversation with the app, Calmify is here to remind you: you don’t have to face life alone.
