Founded in 2024, Calm Yourself's vision is to create a sanctuary of peace, awareness and support for neurodivergent minds. Our seeds were sown from the long and deep-lived experience of undiagnosed Autism and ADHD, resulting in a nervous system stuck in "Fight, Flight, Freeze", life-crippling anxiety, and depression. There have been some really dark days. It was at this time I had to hit the reset button and realised life couldn't continue as it was. Over the space of a couple of years, developed a collection of accessible tools and practices which anyone can harness to achieve calm, mindfulness, and serenity. With this vision in mind, Calm Yourself was born. Our Mission At Calm Yourself, our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower neurodivergent individuals with tools and resources to navigate life on the spectrum. Whether you're on a journey towards self-discovery or diagnosis, grappling with a huge emotional rollercoaster, struggling with the stresses of daily life, relationships or work, we aim to be here to guide you.
