Calm Downs is an exciting new company practicing social enterprise and business development under the motto “Capital for Liberation”. We have invested in companies employing strategies that seek to address structural inequalities, such as redlining, that are socially conscious and that contribute to the common good of our communities. Current developments include an allied community art space with a bodhisattva mission called Flatirons Political Art, as well as forays into journalism, strategic communications, and film production.
