Calm-Consulting provides a range of personal coaching and organisational consultancy services to ensure people feel safe, protected, reassured and confident in their abilities around the world. Calm-Consulting works in partnership with NGO's and humanitarian aid and development organisations and is dedicated to ensuring support and care is delivered through its services to empower people to realise their potential. These include: • provding 1:1 support through effective personal development and leadership development coaching • improving the health, safety and emotional well-being of workers globally by providing consultancy services to support agencies fulfill their responsibilities and 'duty of care' •providing professional and relevant training, coaching and personal debriefing services to a range of agencies working nationally and internationally.
