Son intervention couvre en particulier (mais pas seulement) la négociation du schéma d’investissement et d’intéressement du Management (« management package »). Callisto intervient également en cours de LBO, en particulier en cas d’acquisition importante (nécessitant une augmentation de capital), dans les situations de restructuration financière ainsi qu’à la sortie du LBO. Since its inception in 2005, Callisto has built a track record of more than seventy mandates on behalf of management teams of mid and large cap companies, in both primary and secondary Buy-Outs. Callisto has a high level of dealings with all prominent funds active on the European market.
