Following the success of its other locations, both in Toronto and Miami, Liberty Entertainment Group continues the expansion of the Cibo Wine Bar brand to iconic Yonge Street in Toronto’s Uptown area just north of Eglinton. Flying Leap Vineyards, Inc. is an Arizona Subchapter S corporation founded in 2010, which grows vitis vinifera wine grapes on its estate vineyards in Cochise and Santa Cruz counties in southern and southeastern Arizona and purchases grapes from other private vineyards in both Arizona and California to produce a portfolio of ultra premium proprietary wines. These wines as well as wine-related merchandise are sold through a variety of retail and wholesale venues, including the company’s tasting rooms at its estate in Elgin, AZ and its newest tasting room located in historic downtown Willcox. Flying Leap produces red, white, rosé and fortified wines of varying degrees of sweetness, acidity, tannin and oak character from an array of carefully-grown grape varieties well suited for southern Arizona’s dry, arid climate and soil chemistry. These include traditional Rhône-style blended wines from red grape varietals such as Grenache/Garnacha, Petit Verdot, Mourvèdre, Tannat, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano. White grapes in FLVI’s portfolio include Viognier, Marsanne, Malvasia-Bianca, Verdelho, Albarino and Piquepoul Blanc.
