I am Rob Adlers, the founder of “Call The Tech Guy” Technical Services. After 30+ years in the tech business in various roles and industries, one thing that I have remained passionate about is helping people with their technical issues. With my background in IT Service, Technical Support, Cybersecurity, Software Quality Assurance and Development, I have a lot of experience with many generations of software and hardware that can be tapped into. One of the dominant customers I have helped over the years are senior citizens. That population is growing, and the technology just keeps accelerating all around us. How to navigate people through this? This is my answer. I’m not restricted to senior support, but it is my primary focus. Currently Call The Tech Guy is a part-time business.
