We want to create a world where people can reach out to their health care provider, whenever wherever one needs to. Nowadays, this is not the case. Health care providers have long waiting lists, or they don't take any new patients at all. And you'd think that that their schedules are crowded. But that's not the case. First of all, gaps emerge because of patients not showing up. Secondly, current scheduling is not efficient, as no health care provider has accurate data upon which he/she can estimate the length of consultations upfront. So what does Caldr do? Caldr is a virtual back-office assistant which: - schedules appointments in an efficient, data-driven manner; - follows up on no-shows and prevent them from occurring; - refer patients to an available health care provider in case of urgency; - makes human-to-human interaction possible within the same interface. Result: - more people are being helped in a shorter period of time; - health care providers offer more value and generate more income; - the cost for society decreases; and - the average cost of the care provided decreases.
