It pairs adaptive study games with mindfulness breaks, so getting through your material doesn't come with a knot in your stomach. You tell Caldo what you want to learn and how you're doing that day. From there, pick from 50+ games covering everything from organic chemistry and statistics to GRE vocab, nursing, sociology, and passing your driver's permit test. Or upload your own notes and slides, and we'll turn them into a game built around your material. There's no placement test and nothing to set up. Caldo works out what you already know while you play, then keeps adjusting — more practice where you're shaky, new material once you've got it down. When a question stumps you, Enlighten gives you context, a hint, and a source, so you come away actually understanding it instead of guessing past it. Breathing exercises and short guided meditations are built into the sessions themselves. Not as a separate feature you'd have to remember to open, but as part of how studying works here.
