CalciMedica is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies targeting calcium release-activated calcium (CRAC) channels. Our pipeline includes Auxora™, an intravenous CRAC channel inhibitor being developed for acute pancreatitis and pulmonary arterial hypertension, and CM5480, a novel oral CRAC channel inhibitor designed as a potential chronic therapy for pulmonary hypertension and other diseases driven by dysregulated calcium signaling. Our approach is supported by clinical and translational evidence demonstrating the role of CRAC channels in inflammation, vascular remodeling, right ventricular dysfunction and other forms of organ injury.
