CAIA is a movement to disrupt the way entrepreneurs lead. The nature of work is changing at a rapid pace. Outsourcing and offshoring paired with the rise of automation technologies mean that many of the transactional jobs that defined the 20th century are gradually becoming redundant. In its place, a wave of disruptive and ‘new value’ adding labour has emerged with the surge of entrepreneurial work. With this evolution, there has also been a shift in the drivers of technological change and innovation; away from large multinationals toward an ever increasing list of venture capital backed startups. At CAIA, we believe the velocity of this change is only going to accelerate into the future. Our vision is to empower this new wave of startups, serving as the connective tissue between the Founders of these new ventures and the Venture Capitalists who invest in them. A startup isn’t a brand, market or product offering. It’s the entrepreneurs who found them, along with the people they hire to help them grow.
