We're working to create a world where businesses leave people better than they found them.
Ever had a job that left you drained, unempowered, and feeling like no matter how hard you work you weren't contributing to anything meaningful?
Us too. We want to change that.
We're on a mission to inspire connection by creating memorable experiences and have the vision to change the way the world does business.
We believe the success of everyone is more important than our personal success. We strive to create a work experience and environment that allows us to:
-Impact people's entire lives.
-Invest time into our staff's career and personal development.
-Encourage people to fail without judgment.
-Strive for growth, not perfection.
-Develop people so we can promote from within rather than hiring from the outside.
-Be open to new, untraditional ideas.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. If this jives with you, welcome to the team.
We are BLENZ COFFEE, an award-winning specialty coffee shop franchise that opened our first store in February 1992 on the corner of Robson & Bute Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. At BLENZ, our handmade beverages are individually prepared with care and attention by highly trained baristas using only premium, authentic ingredients. We are firm believers in quality which is why we only use the very best ingredients in all of our specialty coffee, tea and hot chocolate beverages.
From our humble beginnings in Vancouver, BLENZ now has 64 stores across British Columbia. Always looking to expand, we currently have new franchise opportunities available across Canada.
The Neate family has been roasting coffee in Vancouver for four generations. In 1996, John Neate Jr. (JJ) established JJ Bean Coffee Roasters to honour people through great coffee, food, spaces, and service.
We believe people have intrinsic value and seek to honour our coffee producers, our staff, and our customers by only serving the freshest, best tasting coffee possible. To this end, we source the highest quality green coffee and roast it in small batches daily, guided by one principle: the best taste wins.
