Pumpkin and Danish feta arancini, tomato salsa, mixed leaf ... With over thirty years experience in Adelaides Restaurant scene, Lino leads his kitchen with passion & enthusiasm. Linos has a commitment to his Italian heritage & has passion for current culinary trends. The Strand kitchen always ensures that the Mediterranean menu remains loyal to the region while still being fresh & innovative. Though his 15 years at The Strand it is his commitment to train & teach young chefs the importance of fresh & local ingredients & prides himself on making everything on premise. We were a group of six and all enjoyed our meals. The serves were very generous and the food was delicious and well cooked. The staff were also great, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed eating here and even came back another night during our short visit to the area. There was a great selection on the menu and great choice for children also. Couldnt fault the service and the location was central. Something for everyone.
