PAUL is a ‘Maison de Qualité’ whose values have been passed down from generation to generation since 1889. It is also a family story; a family who have been sharing the same passion for bread and good products for five generations now.
With more than 850 shops, restaurants and cafes open in over 50 countries, PAUL is proud to embody the French bakery all over the world by offering its customers crusty breads, tasty sandwiches and delicious pastries and viennoiseries to enjoy at any time of the day.
So many gourmet creations that have led PAUL to be elected "Favorite Brand of the French" in its category once again in 2024. A nice recognition that also salutes PAUL's commitments to CSR and its capacity for innovation recently illustrated by the launch of its French-style coffee shop, PAUL LE CAFÉ.
Joining us means being part of this exciting adventure between tradition and innovation, in France or abroad, and will allow your talents and know-how to grow with the brand.
Dishoom is proud to be recognised as one of the best places to work in hospitality. Looking after people is at the core of what we do, and we work hard to make life at Dishoom the best it can be. Our view is that it’s part of human nature to care about making people happy. We all care about this deeply. We call this Seva. Seva means having a big, warm heart. Seva means we don’t just serve people, we take them in and look after them to the very best of our ability – guests and team alike.
Alongside running busy sites with large teams, we also believe in doing more. Each year, we pledge to plant a tree for every Dishoom-walle, continue to break down barriers through our cultural events, and support children through our Meal for a Meal initiative. As of this year, we have donated 30 million meals (and counting) to children in the UK and India, with every Dishoomwalle contributing 55 meals per shift to this cause.
Since 2010, our cafés have celebrated all of the food and drink of Bombay. We currently have cafés across London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and soon to be Leeds! Our cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture.
We have Permit Rooms in Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford, Portobello Road London and Liverpool. Our bar-cafés are lively spaces, woven into the fabric of their local communities. Our genuine love of people means you’ll always be welcomed with real warmth.
