We are a young hospitality start-up with a passionate, international team of 60+ employees. In Amsterdam we have 2 B&R New Zealand style cafés served with a heavy dose of Brazil. Everyday we want to put a smile on people's faces with the best food&service in town. Our Story: After meeting on a night out in West Hollywood, a young Kiwi Lad and a young Brazilian Boy came up with the idea that they would some day open a place, combining everything they missed about their homelands- Their Mothers cooking, their favourite street foods and the most delicious coffee. Wrap it all up with the hospitality their Mums taught them so well and Bakers & Roasters was born.

Koffiecentrale Nederland is specialist in premium espresso coffee. We are official Benelux distributer of Antica Tostatura Triestina, caffe Diemme, Hausbrandt, caffe Bristot, Mokaflor, La Brasiliana, La Semeuse, Blaser café, Tre Forze, Mrs. Rose/MokaMo, Mocambo, Costadoro and Izzo. Other top brands we sell are illy, Lavazza, Segafredo, Jolly caffe, Peeze, caffe New York, Mauro, Nannini and several others.

Naast onze seizoensgebonden menukaart raden wij ook ons wisselende weekmenu aan, vraag ernaar wanneer u bij ons komt eten. Ook onze speciale menus zijn altijd in trek, zo bieden wij bijvoorbeeld bij de theatervoorstellingen van Toneelgroep Maastricht in de Bordenhal een theatermenu aan. Café Zuid deelt deze prachtige plek aan de Maas met Toneelgroep Maastricht, één van de acht grote theatergezelschappen van Nederland. U komt in onze theaterzaal, de Bordenhal, via de glazen gang vanuit het café. In deze intieme zaal spelen wij met regelmaat muzikale, ontregelende en hartstochtelijke voorstellingen voor een breed publiek.
