CADS is a multi-purpose arts charity and studio provider that has been operating in Sheffield since 2009. Committed to providing affordable space, CADS takes on ex-industrial, commercial and even residential property at low rents and refurbish them into art studios, offices, workshops and event spaces for Sheffield’s creative community. From humble beginnings with 3 studio spaces to CADS current position of having over 100 studios over 7 properties, CADS has never wavered from its mission to provide affordable space to people regardless of their social or economic circumstances and however established they may be in their chosen field.
