The platform offers an efficient way to access the growing gig economy of event-industry professionals by connecting clients (looking for freelancers) with freelance event professionals (looking for work), and simplifies the onboarding, contracting, and payment processes. On one side, freelancers complete their profiles by providing their contact details, skills, headshot, biography, payment information, proof of insurance, and by clearing a background check. Once complete, freelancers can submit offers on all public postings or to any private postings to which they have been invited. On the other side, clients also complete a short profile to gain access to thousands of qualified event professionals through an easy-to-use platform that helps them more efficiently manage the entire event staffing lifecycle. It’s free to post events and there is only a fee when a freelancer is contracted.
