CADIA launched in 2017 with a clear conviction: the automotive industry was leaving talent on the table. We started by creating professional development pathways and quickly saw that individual programs weren't enough - the real work was helping organizations build cultures where people could contribute fully and stay. Eight years and 70+ companies later, we've evolved alongside the industry. What began as workforce development has become something broader: helping leaders navigate converging pressures - AI acceleration, talent retention, and the pace of transformation - without burning out their teams or themselves. We're a member-driven community serving HR, Talent, L&D and leaders at manufacturing companies, primarily automotive suppliers. Our approach is grounded in six years of field research - 311 transcripts, cross-company patterns, and real conversations about what's working now. Our network spans automotive, manufacturing, and mobility - and is expanding into aerospace, energy, logistics, and beyond. We don't sell software or push theory. We help leaders build cultures that perform - where people learn faster than the pace of change, AI becomes a practical tool instead of a source of anxiety, and leadership development includes capacity, not just capability.
