Cadello Information

Cadello is a brand new spirit made by a 150 year-old family-owned distillery in Trentino, Italy (a region where some of the finest Italian-made liquors and grappe are produced). Our master distillers take 8 ingredients, infuse each of them in grain alcohol for different periods of time and distill each of the infusions. Finally, the distillates are combined, blended and put into French oak barrels with coffee beans inside until it achieves the right depth, colour, complexity and smoothness. Cadello has a long 60 second finish, which initially unveils flavours of star anise and mint in the first 20-30 seconds. In the mid-palate you get chocolate, vanilla, coffee, hazelnut and caramel. Finally, in the last 50-60 seconds, there is an incredibly smooth, warm finish which reflects all those ingredients and flavours coming together.
