In 1993, John Cade, Rick Shapley and Laura Frandsen started Cade & Associates Advertising with a few small clients and a goal to stand apart from the competition by providing comprehensive top-notch account service and innovative creative and design work. Today, the partners are proud owners of a thriving agency that continues to grow with over 50 active clients from a wide array of industries. With a long standing philosophy of treating every client, big or small, with the same level of attention, each one of our clients is made to feel like our only client. The partners of Cade & Associates Advertising each have a formal education as well as extensive background in the advertising industry; John Cade as a graphic artist and creative director with over 30 years of experience in advertising, 25 years of which were spent in the metropolitan Minneapolis area; Rick Shapley, with 25 years of experience in sales and marketing including an 8 year tenure with the IBM Corporation; and Laura Frandsen, with 20 years of experience on national, regional and local level advertising projects as an account supervisor and direct marketing expert. The partners formed Cade & Associates Advertising with three primary objectives:To provide the best full-service advertising, design, marketing, Web development and public relations services available to local, regional, and national clientele. To provide these services at rates that are affordable, with a focus on fast delivery. To produce excellent results for clients through sound strategy and cutting-edge creative and design work.
