In addition to our core architect and building design work, we have a comprehensive range of specialist skills, so that we can offer the following services to our clients: Principal Designer, Civil Engineering, Heritage Consultancy, Structural Engineering and Development Consultancy. These can be provided as additional services or as standalone commissions. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice and our progressive approach has seen CAD Architects win awards for sustainable housing, commercial projects such as Lemon Street Market, conservation projects such as The Cornwall Centre and The Hall for Cornwall, and a commendation for the Village Hall at Grampound.
