Since 1979, ClearSpan Structures has been providing versatile building and storage solutions across dozens of industries, including agriculture, construction, athletics, recycling, entertainment and more.
The innovative truss arch design means users will never encounter obstructive internal support posts, allowing them to utilize the space to its fullest potential and arrange operations and in the most efficient layout.
These tension fabric structures feature abundant natural light, expansive interiors and high clearances, ensuring ample space for any activity or operation. ClearSpan structures also offer temperature regulation and coverage from the outdoor elements to eliminate unexpected weather interruptions throughout the year.
ClearSpan structures can be built to any desired height and length and can span up to 300 feet in width, while metal buildings feature an innovative I-beam frame to build to any desired size without compromising structural integrity.
Structures feature minimal foundation requirements, allowing them to be constructed quickly in nearly any location, and can be engineered to regional building codes for increased sturdiness and reliability. They can also be designed as temporary solutions that are easily transportable from one job site to the next or as permanent structures that remain in one location for decades to come.
ClearSpan offers plenty of stock options to choose from, while also employing a team of Truss Arch Specialists to customize structures based on specific operational needs. With in-house design, financing and construction, ClearSpan has become the go-to choice for building solutions.
Fabric structures are accompanied by a 50 year warranty on the triple-galvanized steel frame and a 30 year warranty on the Armor Shield fabric cover. Metal buildings feature a 40 year paint warranty, a 20 year substrate warranty and a 1 year workmanship warranty.
