Incubated 3 businesses; • Dimmr Mobile Agency, January 2012 — November 2013, CEO Giles built and sold this mobile agency Dimmr in less than 2 years. The agency was focused on delivering disruptive application based technology for International clients. The team developed iOS/Android solutions and advised clients including The RPA (Content-based Tablet apps) and Microsoft /SAP (Pricing Calculator Apps). In addition to this the firm developed a search algorithm dashboard app for a leading International Search Firm, the latter resulting in the successful acquisition of DMR by the Search Firm. Trade exit achieved. • Bespoken Digital, July 2010 — December 2011, Investor COO Giles invested together with a £45m small Family Office based in Spain into a Mobile/Tablet application business. He took on the lead role to advise on the development of key clients in the Marine, Retail and Luxury sectors. Focus was on fast-growth logo acquisition measured against a predefined set of KPI's. Delivered content-based platforms and digital analytics for many clients including Richard Branson's Carbon War Room, Fairline, Bremont and Aspen. Share exit earn-out. • BLB Branding & Growth agency Dec 2010 – January 2014, Investor Branding, Growth & Venture Finance Consultancy focused on the luxury goods industry. Clients included Atelier Loiseau, Bremont, KYBOE and Aspen Jewelry & Watches
