Cabo Verde Airports, has been part of the VINCI Airports network since July of 2023 and is responsible for managing 4 international airports in Praia, Sal, São Vicente, and Boa Vista, and 3 domestic airports in São Nicolau, Maio and Fogo. VINCI Airports is responsible for financing, operating, maintaining, expanding, and modernizing these platforms for the next 40 years, alongside its Portuguese subsidiary ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal, which holds 30% of the concession. During this period, VINCI Airports intends to support Cabo Verde’s offers with a project tailored to each airport, customer segment and the specificities of each island. VINCI Airports will work to open new routes by promoting the archipelago's tourism qualities, in particular the development of the hotel trade, the wealth of sporting and natural activities and beach weather all year round. Finally, VINCI Airports will also implement its environmental action plan, including the development of solar and wind energy.
