The Cable Community Farm is a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing food and building community. Founded in 2013, we have had a busy couple of summers thus far! We have a Community Garden, where gardeners rent garden plots for the growing season, a garden called the Growing Together Garden, where we grow food for the Cable Area Food Shelf, and the Theatre Flowers Garden, where we grow flowers for the Chequamegon Children's Theater. In addition, we have a Community Orchard with thirty-five fruit trees and a Community Chicken Coop that is tended by a group of people from the neighborhood.
