Cabell-Huntington Coalition for the Homeless, or Harmony House, affirms the right of all people to adequate food, clothing, shelter and healthcare. We believe these are human rights and should be available to everyone. To that end, the mission of Harmony House is to provide those basic services and housing to individuals experiencing homelessness in Cabell and Wayne counties, as well as to collaborate with partner agencies for the provision of other resources they may be able to access. Harmony House maintains 3 different locations for services individuals can access: Harmony House, First Steps, and The Center-Youth Opportunity Hub. Each location is a part of our agency, but serves different groups within the population we serve.
