Family owned and operated, C.A. SPENCER inc. is a leading Canadian manufacturer and global supplier of North American hardwood lumber. The company was founded in 1908 and still bears the name of its founder; Charles Alexander Spencer. The Spencer group owns and operates their own sawmills, kilns, concentration yard, industrial division, and forestry department. Through 5 family generations and over 110 years of experience, quality and service have branded the Spencer name in the hardwood industry. Since the company’s early days, our team has done a significant job standing by one motto; quality control. Our job is to ensure customers that doing business with Spencer means they will obtain a product that was produced by us, from our own sawmills.
