With more than 35 years in Thailand we have been directly involved in the advisory, consulting or due diligence of over 700 hotel across Asia. We will be the Conduit between buyers and sellers of quality Hospitality assets, for sale or lease, including: Hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hostels, tented accommodation, branded residences developments (condominiums or villas), assisted/ retirement living,wellness retreats commercial buildings and spaces, and hotel/resort development land. We will represent clients on both sides of the transaction, whether sale or lease. Our goal is exclusive listings, but when suitable, we will do a non-exclusive listing agreement. We promote transparency and integrity through ethical transactions. Our primary market is Thailand, with a focus on regional Phuket, Samui and Bangkok. We will, however do business anywhere that makes sense.
