C2 Engineers, LLP is a civil engineering consulting firm located in Danville, IL. The company was founded by two long-time friends and colleagues, Sam Cole and Tim Cowan. The desire to form C2 Engineers stemmed from a common interest in improving the world around them and designing to a higher standard. With the addition of Tracy Billings, and over 39 years of combined experience on a variety of projects including sanitary sewer collection systems, storm water management, vehicular/pedestrian transportation, water distribution, streetscapes, and site planning, including experience with all of the necessary tasks to take a project from concept through construction, C2 Engineers has the skills it takes to make your project come to life.
