C-Plan is an early-stage technology startup on a mission to combat the effects of the current healthcare workforce crisis. Using an AI-enabled Decision Intelligence model, we are targeting the lack of a systemic decision-making capability at the heart of clinical operations to connect decisions to their outcomes. The goal of our solution is to address challenges in the following areas: - Increased operational costs due to escalating staff turnover - Growing premium pay due to contract staffing and staff overtime - Missed revenue due to staffing shortages - Lower quality and higher cost of care due to less experienced and overworked staff We are currently working in an Innovation Partner Program model with Health Systems across the country. C-Plan is developed by Channel Portal, Inc., a privately-held company dual-headquartered in Louisville, KY and Silicon Valley, CA.
