C.E.M. Solutions is a provider of high quality Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and precision source level air emissions monitoring. C.E.M. Solutions’ goal is to provide high quality emissions monitoring products and services in order to ensure accurate monitoring to meet our customer’s regulatory and corporate environmental goals. Our CEMS are designed with the end-user in mind. Systems are built so easy access can be achieved by personnel servicing the equipment. Each system is designed specifically for each application. Depending on the gaseous target pollutants, dilution extractive and/or full extractive sampling technologies are utilized. C.E.M. Solutions has also designed portable air monitoring laboratories for alternative fuels evaluations at multiple facilities. Low level emissions monitoring (including HCl and SO2) has been successfully accomplished for other industries. C.E.M. Solutions source testing department conducts emissions testing for compliance, CEMS quality assurance, contractual performance guarantees, and others. Our personnel have conducted test programs requiring up to 20 personnel on-site. Since C.E.M. Solutions is a fully accredited Air Emissions Test Body (AETB) conforming to ASTM Standard D-7036, a qualified stack test individual (QSTI) is on-site during each test program. Additionally, a site-specific test protocol is competed for each test project. Electronic reporting (ERT or ECMPS) is completed by our reporting department on a regular basis. Our test personnel routinely conduct 3 dimensional volumetric flow testing. Hg RATAs can be completed with on-site analysis. Industries served include electric utility, Portland cement, waste-to-energy, lime manufacturing, pulp and paper and others.
