ByrdSight Consulting LLC provides startup guidance, technology consulting , advisory, and investment due diligence services leveraging Pete Foley's 30 years in Silicon Valley as a seasoned technology executive, founder / CEO, serial entrepreneur, technologist, and product developer. ByrdSight's recent consulting focus has been in the area of Deep Learning and Machine Vision hardware and systems for a variety of clients including hedge funds, financial management firms, management consulting firms, large companies interested in M&A and investments, and ADAS startups. Pete was most recently the founder and CEO of Wave Computing, which builds Deep Learning Acceleration systems for datacenter deployment. Prior to founding Wave he was an Executive-in-Residence (a Venture Partner type role) at Tallwood Venture Capital where he sat in on hundreds of pitches and performed extensive due diligence. Tallwood focused heavily on fabless semiconductor company and semiconductor ecosystem investments.
