This service ensures that your obligation to provide owners with a copy of the by-laws is satisfied. 5. Minor Renovation Motion $260 Minor works require a motion rather than a by-law. We will help you distinguish what 'minor'​ renovation are and provide you with a motion so that you don't incur any additional costs. 6. Renovation By-law $660 including GST and Registration We will provide a detailed by-law outlining your renovation plans to be presented to the owners corporation.
