ByCycling is a cycling platform designed to help employers reach their sustainable goals by swapping cars and transit trips for bikes; allowing employees to get personally rewarded for their [bike] effort in order to the reduce carbon footprint, health and commute related costs. It’s like a bike commuting benefit program: employees can track the activities with the conveniency of an automatic cycling tracker, so they don't have to manually keep track of their activities —set and forget— and companies can then reward them with the personal incentives of their choice (e.g. cash or time-off) in order to motivate employees to skip driving.
