By Request was established in 1996 by Monica Terminella with the vision of providing a personal shopping experience for each customer that walked in the door. Our goal was to bring high-end, luxury retail to the NWA area, and offer our customers classic // on-trend clothing that is #styledbymonica. Twenty-four years later, after styling NWA and surrounding states, we are offering that same personal experience online.
