We focus primarily on the North American market and work with small-to-medium-sized businesses all over the world on growing their revenue through partnerships. Iris Serbanescu is a huge fan of networking and an expert in partnership development with a proven track record of multiplying clients’ revenue through industry partnerships. Prior to starting By Iris, she was responsible launching TourRadar's Partnerships department with a $1M+ pipeline with tourism boards, airlines, and brands. Iris also headed up the Trade Development department at a tourism marketing and PR firm, where she worked with dozens of small businesses and tourism boards on planning and executing successful B2B strategies.
