Since 1992, BWS Architects has built a state-wide practice in Arizona rooted in the design of public service projects. As a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business, we are dedicated to creating community-enriching spaces that inspire learning, leadership, and discovery through timeless, responsive, and beautiful design. We believe every project should reflect the vision and priorities of the community it serves. At BWS Architects, we have our team of 27—including 10 registered architects. Firm Principals Robin Shambach, Sue Gray, Chris Pinkerton, and Frank Slingerland are personally involved from beginning to end, ensuring continuity, accountability, and a steadfast commitment to client success. Their leadership is supported by a talented group of professionals who share a passion for delivering thoughtful, highquality design and well-executed projects.
