BuzzStart Talent educates, trains, coaches, mentors and inspires the world's future female digital leaders. Talent is a 12-week digital skills specialism and leadership course, which fast-tracks women into hard-to-fill job roles for the future workforce. We empower women with a mindset, belief, knowledge and practical skills to drive the future workforce and encourage, inspire and mentor other women across the world to be the best version of themselves and realise they're greatest gifts and share them with the world. We are currently in a world pandemic known as Covid-19, which has revealed many fundamental flaws in our society, economics, politics, work and mindsets. Some female heads-of-government around the world are leading from the front and showcasing their deeply ingrained qualities of care and compassion and proving how essential these soft skills are in the world today. We strongly believe that with the right belief mindset, women all across the world can utilise these same skill sets to make the world a much happier, safer, and enjoyable place to be. We launched the campaign "I'm a Role Model" (#imarolemodel) in 2020 to empower women to connect, share, adapt and grow together. Please join us on this wonderful journey.
