Buzz was created In early 2007 by Peter Kedwell and his wife Margot McKinney. After falling in love with the BUZZ corner site at Emporium in Fortitude Valley. Peter and Margot set about creating a quintessentially casual, Queensland indoor and outdoor dining experience, and thus BUZZ was born. Buzz continues to grow with Buzz Bistro Tennyson now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plans for a 3rd Buzz Bistro are currently underway to feature at the new Gas Works development in Newstead.
