Buyflex advises large organisations throughout the Benelux and Europe on contingent workforce projects. A large part of our daily work is managing contingent workforce projects, creating smarter solutions and achieving cost and process savings for our clients. We support our clients with efficient procurement of their temp labour and/or professional staffing. We also advise and assist clients in procuring MSP & VMS solutions, optimize preferred supplier lists (PSL) and implement - if required - the chosen solution. The word that summarizes our added value is 'expertise'. Expertise as in extensive knowledge of (cost) pricing - including (non-transparent) supplier margins - and innovative sourcing solutions. A large part of the Buyflex team has held senior management positions within the supplier top 3. These years of experience, combined with accurate market knowledge and a proven track record, ensures that our company is able to realize results that go far beyond what clients can achieve themselves.
