Jim Case, founder of Buy Cash Flow Properties has more experience in his little finger about rehabbing, building houses, property management and internet technology than most adept investors. He has overseen thousands of rehabs, managed hundreds of tenants and at this point has forgotten more than most people know about this business. Jim started in construction when he was 16 and ran a lumber yard when he was 19. In the 1980s he managed 300 houses and oversaw all rehabs. He had 120 people underneath him when he ran a mill work house in the late 90s and then jumped back into real estate when the market heated back up in the early 2000s. Then there is RJ. Clearly the driving force behind our acquisitions and he is the determining factor of what and where we buy. He is our feet in the street, overseeing all rehab crews, checking on properties and much more. He lives and breathes this home buying stuff every day because he has the passion about it. What we like about Anthony is his relationship with a local credit restoration company that shows our tenants how to increase their credit score so that they can ultimately buy our house and get conventional financing. Anthony sees management as an integral part of an exit plan that everyone needs when they own houses. For all the houses we own, he uses a lease/option for the tenant. This typically gives us a better tenant that will take care of the place with their eyes on ultimately owning the property. There are several other key players on our team that do the work that we appreciate the most; the bookkeeping and accounting, the rehabs of the properties, our sources for properties and the attorneys that close our transactions.
