Buttle UK Information

Buttle is a children’s charity that delivers the things important to young people, so their childhoods don’t feel permanently dismantled by disadvantage. Remember that childhood toy you’d never let out of your sight? There’s a power in a ‘thing’; it can mean everything to some, and be part of a bigger story to others. Buttle refuses to see children held back by not having the things that matter to them right when they need them most. We combine our frank fundraising with the strength of our endowment to deliver intentional grants here and now, which informs our ongoing advocacy. Whatever the items or activities important to childhood, we’re here for that. So young people across the UK can play, show up and work things out for themselves, authoring their own stories in life. Because if it’s important to childhood, it’s important to us.
