Businessflow is a New Zealand owned management and technology consultancy focused on helping clients create value through effective business-led strategies and change. We operate two service lines; Management Consulting and Project Services and are experienced in providing full lifecycle services from strategic planning through to execution. Many of our client engagements are go-to-market and/or customer facing initiatives with a strong focus on business outcomes enabled by technology. Our focus industries are Media, Telecommunications and Financial Services. We specialise in assisting clients with complex programs that require multi-organisation collaboration with diverse stakeholders that can range from traditional Customer/Vendor relationships through to more complex Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Alliances. With an extensive people network in New Zealand, we operate on an associate basis meaning that we bring the best possible consultants to work alongside our clients. Our people often come from global tier-1 consulting backgrounds and bring diverse experience, skills and paramount level of professionalism to our work ethic and approach.
