Business Mentoring Luxembourg is a process of accompaniment aimed at supporting and encouraging entrepreneurs to manage their own learning in order to maximize their potential and improve their leadership skills. It consists in matching experienced business leaders (mentors) with “less experienced” entrepreneurs (mentees) on a 6, 12 or 18-month basis.
