Business Essentials is a one stop shop consulting practice based in Melbourne. Our focus is on assisting business owners identify the growth plans they have - what may be getting in the way and importantly - what their Lifestyle Goal really is. After identification via an initial no obligation fact find 90 minutes - we produce a Solutions Summary Paper containing our solution. My goal - as the owner and coaching director - is to be able to give business owners access to the type of support services they may find hard to locate by themselves. Additionally - when we consult - we aim to make our role redundant as soon as we can. We are about making the business stronger from the inside and less reliant on outsiders - thus strengthening the position of the owner and the business we are working with as a whole.
