The Business Development Centre Inc (BDC) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization providing services to small businesses and entrepreneurs in Central Virginia which covers the City of Lynchburg, and the counties/cities of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, and Campbell. We provide incubator space and services, financing and loan programs, training, and business consultations to entrepreneurs with existing businesses as well as those considering starting a business. Our consultations are always free-of-charge, confidential, and objective.
