Our firm includes Financial Advisors that specialize in planning for owners of businesses and their key management team to create value, grow the company and maximize the value of their equity upon executing the exit strategy for the sale or merger of the company. We provide access to accountants and attorneys that have significant experience working with small companies. In addition we provide incentive compensation planning for the management team, IT and logistic resources, extensive business financing resources for qualified client companies, business assessment and valuations predicated on a current and projected models, and access to experienced intermediaries in the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) market for the sale and/or merger of the company.
