The research program of the Bushfire CRC focuses on five inter-related areas of research activity:, Safe Prevention, Preparation and Suppression, Management of Fire in the Landscape, Community Self-Sufficiency for Fire Safety, Protection of People and Property, Education, Training and CommunicationThe creation of the research program of the Bushfire CRC was strongly influenced by the end-user organisations of the CRC in partnership with the researchers. Each program has an End User Leader and a Research Program Leader who work closely with the CEO and Research Director in managing the research program.
