Taking inspiration from her time as a chef, travelling the world and learning from the best in the industry, she now designs menus that emphasise fresh, seasonal, wholesome produce with a rustic style. Bursaria then moved from Como House to the gorgeous Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne’s well-loved arts and culinary hub in 2011. With a myriad of happy brides and wedding parties, Bursaria has seen a place in the corporate catering market for the same fresh, delicious and wholesome foods to be delivered to offices around Melbourne.
