Burnt Gum Entertainment is dedicated to creating create entertaining stories whether it be a feature, web series, documentary to commericals and weddings. Michelle Sugihara - COO and General Legal Counselor Michelle is a film producer and entertainment attorney based in Los Angeles. Michelle started in the entertainment industry as a feature film development intern for Jerry Bruckheimer. She has worked on many award-winning short films, feature films, web series, documentaries, and music videos. Her latest projects include "Lil Tokyo Reporter" (short - associate producer), "Who's In Charge? (web series - series producer, currently in post-production), and "Dying to Kill" (feature - producer, currently in production). She is a passionate advocate for the positive representation of Asian Americans in media. She sits on the PBS-SoCaL Asian Pacific Islander Community Council and is the VP of Development and founding member of Asian Pacific American Friends of the Theater.
